Starshine Yoga is a kids yoga and mindfulness company based in Milton Keynes.

We provide a fun but relaxed environment for children to develop both their emotional and physical strength, which improves their overall health and well-being.

Classes are delivered both in schools as part of the curriculum and after school at a range of venues, which are available to all ages from 3 -13 years old.
